Crystal Roach

Crystal Roach currently serves as FSQA Director at JBS USA since September 2023, following a tenure as FSQA Manager at Swift Prepared Foods from June 2020 to September 2023. Prior experience includes positions as FSQA Complex Manager at Plumrose and Quality Control Supervisor at Arkema. Crystal's career in quality assurance began at Ventura Foods, where responsibilities included overseeing quality and sanitation standards and regulatory training. At Hormel Foods, Crystal held several roles, advancing from Production Supervisor to Quality Control Supervisor II, where compliance with USDA regulations and customer interactions were key responsibilities. Crystal holds a Master’s Degree in Business from Walden University and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management from Western Illinois University.
