Thiago Panicacci

Thiago Luis Panicacci is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience across multiple industries and countries. Currently serving as Head of HR for the New Ventures Business Unit at Wild Fork since December 2013, Thiago oversees HR operations for various brands across three countries. Prior roles include Head of Human Resources at Wild Fork México, Swift, and Starbucks, where leadership in HR supported significant organizational growth and alignment of HR strategies with business objectives. Additional experience encompasses managing teams at Novartis, SITA, and Accenture, with early career roles as a Human Resources Trainee at Mobil Oil and Banco Alfa de Investimento. Thiago holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and a degree in Business Administration, complemented by leadership training from the Chartered Management Institute and the Summit Leadership Program.
