Andrea Baccara is a seasoned engineering and product management professional with extensive experience in automated solutions and intralogistics systems across various industries. Currently serving as Director of Engineering and Product Management at JBT Corporation, Baccara oversees the AGV sector, having previously held the position of Sr. Manager for Global Product Platform. Prior experience includes leading the Customer Care PMO at E80 Group and holding various engineering management roles at ITW, including Technology Development Manager and Sr. Engineering Manager. With a Master of Engineering from Università degli Studi di Cagliari and an executive program from Cambridge Judge Business School, Baccara possesses a strong foundation in electronic and electrical engineering, enhanced by hands-on experience with autonomous guided vehicles and advanced control algorithms.
