Gil A. Soler-García

Gil A. Soler-García has over twenty-eight years of experience in the fields of industrial engineering, facilities management, and project management. Gil A. began their career in 1993 as a Senior Engineer for SaraLee/Coach, where they oversaw industrial engineering functions, machinery planning procurement and facilities/building maintenance for a 72k sf building. In 1999, they became the Facilities Manager for SaraLee/Playtex, where they were responsible for planning, procurement and replenishment of all machinery spare parts and all maintenance supplies for the facilities. In 2003, Gil joined FirstBankCorp as Facilities Administrator, where they were responsible for the attainment of optimum functionality of over 115 locations with over 600,000 sf. In 2007, they were appointed Design & Construction Director for Wal-Mart Puerto Rico, Inc., where they were responsible for directing and overseeing new locations approvals, design, entitlements/permitting and construction activities. In 2019, Gil joined CPM Intl as a Project Manager, where they developed project scopes and objectives, managed resources, and developed budgets and schedules. Most recently, in 2022, Gil joined JC Automation as a Project Manager.

Gil A. Soler-García obtained a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad de Puerto Rico from 1983 to 1989. In October 2021, they obtained the Procore Certified: Project Manager at GC (Preconstruction) certification from Procore Technologies.
