Brittany Ivey

Brittany Ivey joined JCA as a Consultant in 2020 and works on a variety of projects, including CRM software implementations, systems analysis, and business process documentation. She has experience working with several donor database systems, including a professional-level certification in Blackbaud’s Raiser’s Edge. Brittany comes to JCA after briefly leaving nonprofit work to consult on healthcare communications platform implementations.

Prior to consulting, Brittany worked with not-for-profit entities for over six years, including roles in daily operations, fundraising, finance, grants administration, and database management. Her experience with organizations of various sizes spans from small grassroots organizations, to independent K-12 schools, to state government departments. Brittany has also taught several seminars about donor data and CRM systems at her local nonprofit resource center.

Brittany received a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Information Management from the University of Tennessee.
