Chris Jones

Chris Jones has a diverse work experience. Chris started their career as an IT Manager at JCB Transmissions in 1997 and worked there until 2001. Chris then joined JCB North America as a SAP Testing Manager from 2002 to 2003. Chris joined JCB in 2003 and held multiple roles including SAP BW Developer, Development & Technical Manager, and Head of Data and Integration. Currently, they serve as the Head of Data & Integration / Service & Operations at JCB.

Chris Jones obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Business Information Systems Management from North East Wales Institute between 1996 and 2001. Additionally, they are a member of the Gartner EMEA Data & Analytics Advisory Board and holds a certification as a Prince 2 Practitioner.
