Dale Evans

Dale Evans has extensive experience in quality management and operational excellence, currently serving as the Group General Manager of Quality at JCB since April 2005. Throughout tenure at JCB, Dale has played a pivotal role in designing and implementing the JCB Operational Excellence strategy, developing leadership pathways, and launching a bespoke training academy focused on Operational Excellence and Lean Manufacturing. Prior to JCB, Dale held various managerial positions at Toyota Motor Manufacturing UK and Textron Automotive Company, Inc., showcasing a strong background in quality, health, safety, and production management. Education was completed at Wyvern from 1980 to 1985.
