Ian Sayers

Ian Sayers is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the machinery industry, serving as Group Executive Director at JCB since May 1996. In this role, Ian oversees global aftersales, customer support, parts and service revenue, and logistics operations, while also focusing on product quality improvement across JCB's factories. Previous positions at JCB include Group Managing Director of Sales, Managing Director of Compact Products, Managing Director of Agriculture, Group Manufacturing Development Manager, Service Manager, and Design Engineer. Prior to joining JCB, Ian worked at John Deere as a Custom Harvesting Engineer. Ian holds a BEng in Agricultural and Mechanical Engineering from Newcastle University and attended Hurstpierpoint College.
