Jim Hemmings

Jim Hemmings is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training and technical support across the construction equipment industry. Currently serving as a Trainer for Global Learning at JCB since April 2023, Jim previously held roles as a Performance Solutions Consultant at Finning and Technical Support Manager at SMT GB. With a strong background in technical training management at Volvo Construction Equipment, Jim has been instrumental in enhancing customer satisfaction through effective technical problem resolution and innovative training solutions. Additional roles included providing dealer support at JCB North America and progressing training methodologies at JCB. Jim's career began in technical and warranty specialties at JCB-SCM, following an educational foundation at Thomas Alleynes Grammar School.
