Jose Luis Goncalves

Jose Luis Goncalves is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales and business development across multiple regions, including Europe, Africa, and Latin America. Currently serving as Managing Director of International Sales at JCB since March 2023, Jose previously held the role of President at JCB do Brasil and led FPT Latin America at CNH Industrial. With a proven track record in increasing market share and driving growth, Jose's earlier positions include roles at Volvo Bus Corporation, Mack Trucks, and Volvo Trucks, where strategic initiatives and dealer development were key areas of focus. Jose holds an MBA from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Technology - Parana.
