Laura Patrick is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as HR Manager for UK Operations at JCB since December 2021, Laura has also held positions such as Senior HR Business Partner and HR Business Partner. Prior experience includes HR Manager at Tarmac Building Products and various roles at Breedon Group plc, including HR Business Partner, HR Manager, and HR Advisor. Laura began their career as an HR Administrator at Lafarge and as an HR Intern at Ardagh Group.
