Manish Tayal

Manish Tayal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience at JCB India Ltd., having held various leadership roles since 1997. Currently, as Associate Vice President & Head of Central Logistics, Manish oversees the entire Inbound and Outbound logistics operations across JCB India's three sites, focusing on operational efficiency and cost optimization. Previous roles include General Manager and Head of Dealer Development, where responsibilities included network health, expansion, and business management systems for the dealer network. Manish has also served as General Manager for Exports, managing coordination for international sales to over 60 countries, and has experience in sales and marketing for newly launched products. Manish holds a BE (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science and a PGDBM in Marketing from the Centre for Management Development Modinagar.
