Nigel Smith

Nigel Smith has extensive experience in SAP Business Warehouse (BW) and Business Intelligence (BI) roles, currently serving as the SAP BW/BI Team Leader at JCB since August 2010, following a position as SAP BW Consultant. Prior to JCB, Nigel worked at Harrods as an SAP Senior Consultant, focusing on the development and support of the BI reporting environment with an emphasis on the implementation of MM and SD modules. Earlier career experience includes a significant tenure at Woolworths, where Nigel held various roles, culminating as Lead Analyst Programmer for SAP BI, responsible for identifying reporting needs across multiple teams and ensuring adherence to technical standards. Additionally, experience as both an Analyst Programmer/Developer and Assistant Store Manager has contributed to a well-rounded skill set in delivering analytical solutions and managing customer service operations.
