Pankaj Dave

Pankaj Dave is a seasoned engineering and product development professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering & Product Development at JCB since June 2009, Pankaj oversees plant management, including P&L responsibility, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, engineering, HR, and government relations. Prior to JCB, extensive experience includes roles at General Motors as Associate Vice President of Program Management, and significant contributions at Case New Holland as Head of New Product Development Platform and Head of Manufacturing Engineering & Projects. The early career includes positions in production engineering at Sundaram Clayton Limited and manufacturing engineering at HMT Limited. Pankaj holds a Master of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Jabalpur Engineering College.
