Stephen Solomon

Stephen Solomon is a seasoned engineer specializing in engine mechanical systems, currently serving as a Senior Engineer at JCB since March 2022, where responsibilities include full system delivery of H2 engine boosting among other components. Previously, as a System Engineer at JCB, Stephen owned turbocharger systems for Diesel and Hydrogen internal combustion engine projects. Prior experience includes a role in Diesel Engineering at DENSO Europe, where Stephen executed calibration and analysis of Diesel FiE systems, and as a Research & Development Engineer at Carwood Motor Units Ltd, leading projects on fuel system principles. Stephen began the career as a KTP Associate at WMG, University of Warwick, focusing on diesel fuel systems development and testing. Educational qualifications encompass a Master’s Degree in Automotive Engineering from the University of Staffordshire and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
