Martha Bailey

Martha Bailey has a strong background in corporate law and investment banking. Martha started their career as an Associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, where they gained experience in debt financings, legal representation, LBOs, equities, and mergers & acquisitions. Martha then moved on to Credit Suisse as a First Vice President, responsible for reviewing investment grade debt offerings and new business client origination. Martha joined Citi in 1996 as a Director in the Investment Banking Legal department, where they handled a range of responsibilities, including corporate debt offerings, liability management, and coordination with Sales & Trading, Research, and Compliance departments. At Citi, they later became an Associate General Counsel, focusing on capital markets, corporate reporting, social media development, litigation, employment, intellectual property, and community development.

Most recently, Martha has been working at JCDecaux as the General Counsel & Executive Vice President of JCDecaux NA. In this role, they negotiate and prepares contracts, handles litigation, and manages the relationship with outside counsel and the internal legal team. Martha is experienced in working with governmental authorities, joint venture partners, vendors, and subcontractors for successful implementation and management of advertising concessions at airports and on street furniture in cities, including requirements for minority and women participation.
