Roger Baez

Roger Baez is a seasoned graphic designer with significant experience in outdoor advertising and brand promotion. Currently serving as a Senior Graphic Designer for JCDecaux since August 2017, Roger has worked across multiple regions, including Colombia, Central America, and the Caribbean, as well as previously in Panama. Prior to this role, Roger held the position of Graphic & Web Designer at International Printing and Design and served as Communication Manager at Christian Convention Center, where responsibilities included leading a creative team and developing visual identities. Additional experience includes an internship at TV Azteca and a graphic designer role at Nupiell Centro Facial. Roger holds a Master's degree in Dirección de Publicidad y Creatividad from OBS Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design & Animation from Universidad Tecmilenio, complemented by diplomas in Digital and Web Design from CETEC VERACRUZ.
