Joseph W. Mattingley

Joseph Mattingley is the Chief Executive Officer of Arrow Energy Solutions LLC and serves on the Board of Directors for Dairyland Power Cooperative, Jo-Carroll Energy, United States Equestrian Federation, Association of Illinois Electric Cooperatives, and American Public Gas Association. Previously, Joseph was the President of the Northwest Illinois Region at Illinois Bank & Trust and the CEO of The Galena Territory Association, Inc. Mattingley also served as the President of the Illinois Association of Lake Communities and participated in the Endurance Strategic Planning Group at Federation Equestre Internationale. Joseph holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Columbia College.
