Edwin van der Steeg

Edwin van der Steeg is an experienced management consultant and trainer with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Consultant Continu Verbeteren at De Nederlandsche Bank and the Owner of EE Consult since 2002, Edwin has worked extensively in both profit and non-profit sectors. Edwin's roles include Trainer and Practitioner for JCI The Netherlands, Vice President of PME Coaching, and previous Secretary General at Rabobank. Notable accomplishments also include positions at Tata Steel and the Ministry of Defense, where Edwin implemented Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to improve organizational effectiveness. Educational qualifications include multiple certifications in Lean Six Sigma and project management, complemented by a degree in Technical Engineering & Management from the University of Twente.
