Ruud Storcken

Lid Commissie Digitalisering at JCI The Netherlands

Ruud Storcken currently serves as the Head of Information Management at Gemeente Venlo, where a modern and sustainable information landscape is developed with a team of 75 professionals. Additionally, Storcken is a member of the Supervisory Board and the Innovation and Quality Committee at LEVANTOgroep, which supports mental health care and social shelter in South and Central Limburg. Since 2017, Storcken has been an External Assessor for the HBO-ICT program at Zuyd University, contributing to the evaluation of student thesis work. As a co-founder of Create2Deliver, a company providing comprehensive online solutions, Storcken has been active in various capacities within JCI, including serving on its digitalization committee. Previous roles include Business Unit Director and Strategic Product Manager at BCT, focusing on digital transformation initiatives. Storcken also has experience in sports organization leadership, having held positions at tennis and athletics clubs. Educational qualifications include a degree in Technical Business Administration from Zuyd Hogeschool and ongoing training in supervisory roles from UMIO at Maastricht University.
