Joseph Jaffoni

With more than 30 years of investor relations experience counseling over 400 publicly-listed and private companies, Joe provides JCIR clients senior level strategic counsel on investor relations, corporate and marketing communications, corporate governance and financing matters. He has established a deep record of work on behalf of companies in the entertainment, leisure, gaming and broadcasting sectors and advised clients on a wide range of M&A communications strategies, financings and crisis communications.

Prior to founding JCIR in 1994, Joe served as Executive Vice President at a prominent global financial communications firm with responsibilities for establishing a domestic practice while serving the IR needs of the firm's worldwide base of clients. He previously served as Vice President and head of the Investor Relations division at a top-twenty, New York-based public relations firm.

Joe earned degrees in finance and economics at NYU's College of Business and Public Administration.
