Don Zeiders

Don Zeiders currently serves as the Director of Preconstruction at JCM Associates since November 2023. Prior to this, Don held multiple roles at Shapiro & Duncan, Inc., including Director of Business Development and Preconstruction, as well as Project Executive in Preconstruction, with a focus on mechanical preconstruction. Don also contributed to the Washington Building Congress Innovation Committee as Vice Chair from January 2021 to November 2022. Earlier experience includes positions as Chief Estimator at RM Thornton Mechanical and MEP Estimator at HITT Contracting Inc., in addition to serving as Senior Sales Engineer at Seasonair, A Comfort Systems USA Company, where responsibilities encompassed sales, estimation, design, and project management. Education was completed at Juniata High School.
