The Management and Directors team at JCP Downtown oversees the strategic, operational, and administrative functions that ensure the organization runs smoothly and effectively. They are responsible for vision setting, financial oversight, facilities management, admissions, and program coordination. Additionally, they handle marketing, human resources, administration, and the direction of educational projects such as the Hebrew School. This team works collaboratively to support the community's engagement in Jewish learning, culture, and spirituality.
