Lisa Riley

Lisa Riley has extensive experience in total rewards and compensation, having served as VP of Total Rewards at JCPenney since May 2022. Prior to this role, Lisa held various senior leadership positions at Walmart from 1993 to March 2022, including Vice President Global Total Reward, where responsibilities included driving total rewards transformation and defining digital strategies. Lisa also served as Vice President of Executive and Corporate Rewards, working with C-suite leadership on compensation strategies. Additional roles at Walmart included Vice President Global Compensation and Senior Director positions overseeing international and corporate compensation programs. Lisa holds an MBA from Webster University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Florida.
