Jim Sullivan

Jim Sullivan is the President, CEO, and Founder of JCSI, where Jim values relationships with clients, candidates, and employees. Jim is an early pioneer in re-defining RPO services, fostering partnerships based on flexibility, transparency, and accountability. Additionally, Jim founded BestExec Recruitment Solutions as a division of JCSI, offering innovative recruiting and consulting services. With previous experience as a Recruiter at C-Bridge Internet Solutions and Pegasystems, Jim graduated from Merrimack College with a BS in Marketing.
