Elijah Ervin

Elijah Ervin has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2018, they worked as a cashier at MiLB Greensboro Grasshoppers. From July to September 2020, they served as a High School college coach at College Bridge for All. In 2021, Elijah joined JCW Group as an Associate Consultant in Credit & Lending, where they provided talent services and helped organizations build skilled and diverse teams. Later in 2021, they transitioned to the role of Consultant in ESG & Sustainable Finance at the same company.
