Jamie W.

Jamie W. has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. In 2007, Jamie became the Group CEO of JCW Group, a collection of specialist recruitment brands operating in multiple industries. They were responsible for strategic management and global client relationships. Jamie also served as the CEO of JCW, Catalyst Life Sciences, and Cybernetic Search, all subsidiaries of JCW Group. In 2018, Jamie became an investor in OutScout, a talent matching platform, and later invested in Xander Talent in 2020. Jamie also worked at Eames Consulting Group as a Manager, where they established and managed the Eames Risk brand, delivering risk management and compliance professionals to the financial services sector. Jamie's most recent role is as Principal & CEO of Search Capital, starting in 2021.

Jamie W. attended West Buckland School from 1990 to 2001, and Kingston University from 2001 to 2004, studying business with law.
