Sean Salamon

Sean Salamon has extensive work experience in risk management. Since 2015, they have been working at JCW Search, a leading risk and regulatory recruitment firm, as a Principal Consultant, specializing in quantitative risk, operational and enterprise risk, credit risk, market risk, and areas of liquidity, treasury, and asset-liability management. Sean has worked with major international corporations within banking, insurance, and professional services, as well as smaller firms. Prior to joining JCW Search, they held various roles at JCW Group, a specialist provider of talent services. Additionally, Sean has worked as a freelance music composer since 2008, with premieres and performances across the USA and UK, and in 29 countries.

Sean Salamon attended Carnegie Mellon University from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree in Music Composition. Sean then went on to pursue further education at the Royal Academy of Music from 2014 to 2015, where they obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Music Composition.
