Matt Olson

Matt Olson is an experienced logistics and warehouse management professional with a proven track record in operations and inventory control. Currently serving as Shipping/Receiving/Warehouse Manager at J&D Manufacturing since March 2018, Matt leads a team of 17, implementing data-driven strategies that have resulted in four consecutive years of record sales. Previous roles include managing an Intermodal fleet at Marten Transport, where Matt focused on enhancing driver relations and optimizing logistics for profitability. Matt has also developed training programs and safety protocols in earlier supervisory positions. Educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Marketing from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
