Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a strong background in organic products, compliance, nutrition, and education. Since August 2020, Mariana has been the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic body care and environmental products. In addition, Mariana has served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Mariana previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019 and worked as a Nutritionist in a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019. Mariana also contributed to academia as a university lecturer in applied mathematics to nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017. Education includes a Diploma in Business Administration from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor's Degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
