Craig Martin has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Craig began their career as a Senior Implementation and Support Analyst at TCS Management/Aspect Communications, where they provided technical support, training, and consulting on eWorkforce Management software. Craig then worked at Booz Allen Hamilton as an Intern, conducting usability and system integrity testing.

Craig Martin later joined GuildQuality as a Membership Sales representative, creating and developing client relationships in the homebuilding industry. Craig then worked at Infosurv, Inc as a Customer Relationship Manager, exceeding sales targets and managing all stages of the project cycle.

At Regions Financial, Craig Martin served as a Marketing Analyst, conducting customer research studies and reporting findings to influence marketing and sales efforts. Craig also held the role of Customer Experience Manager, leading a Quality Service team to improve consumer loyalty and retention across the branch network.

Craig Martin then joined Regions Financial Corporation as a Senior Business Analyst/Vice President, managing strategic projects and overseeing client satisfaction studies and market research programs. Craig also served as the Vice President of Business Services Incentive Management.

At BBVA Compass, Craig Martin worked as the VP - Consumer Segments: Deposit Product Manager, actively managing consumer deposit products and gathering market intelligence on competitive offerings.

Most recently, Craig Martin has been at J.D. Power, where they have held multiple roles. As the Senior Director of the Wealth & Lending group, they were responsible for research studies in the wealth and lending space. Craig later became the Executive Managing Director of the Wealth and Lending group, leading a team that covered the Wealth Management, Auto Finance, and Consumer Lending sectors.

Craig Martin received their high school education from Ithaca High School from 1990 to 1994. After completing high school, they attended Vanderbilt University from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Continuing their education, Craig pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business, which they completed from 2002 to 2004.
