J. Michael van Dyke (Mike)

J. Michael (Mike) Van Dyke has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. J. Michael (Mike) is currently serving as a Permanent Deacon at the Cathedral of the Most Blessed Sacrament since October 2019. Prior to this, they worked at J.D. Power as a Group Account Executive, Business Development, starting in July 2012.

Before joining J.D. Power, Mike founded Isaac & Alexander, LLC in 2002, where they served as a Principal Consultant. At Isaac & Alexander, they managed various business and IT projects for the US operations of a global automotive company.

In 2011, Mike worked at Xede Consulting Group as a Project Manager, where they managed multiple projects across different business units for clients. Prior to that, they served as an Assistant Vice President at Provant Project Management from 2000 to 2002, where they executed project management responsibilities and led business development in Southeast Michigan.

Mike's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Project Manager at Project Management Services, Inc. (PMSI) from 1997 to 2000, and as a Project Manager at Georgia Pacific Corp. from 1989 to 1997. At Georgia Pacific, they were responsible for planning and implementing a large re-engineering program for the company's distribution division. J. Michael (Mike) also worked as a Senior Credit Analyst at Georgia Pacific from 1989 to 1994.
