Kendra Locke Glaser

Kendra Locke Glaser, CFA has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as Director of Finance, M&A / New Business Development at J.D. Power. In this role, they have been instrumental in developing and executing the corporate M&A strategy, leading to the growth of the business by 2x and expanding its data, analytics, and technology footprint. Kendra Locke has also managed due diligence processes for acquisition targets and led FP&A activity. Additionally, they played a key role in the sale of J.D. Power to Thoma Bravo in 2019.

Power, Kendra worked as a Director of Business Operations at YuMe, where they managed revenue and variable compensation budgeting, planning, and forecasting for a $170M public ad tech company. Kendra Locke also collaborated with various teams to design and implement incentive plans, resulting in a reduction of variable expenses as a percentage of revenue.

Before that, Kendra worked at Partnership Capital Growth, where they served as a Vice President, advising high-growth companies in the healthy, active, and sustainable living sectors on capital raising and M&A transactions. Kendra Locke built and managed relationships with key stakeholders and managed extensive due diligence processes.

Kendra also gained experience as a Business Analyst at oDesk, where they assessed opportunities to improve global payment operations and employment compliance for a start-up online staffing marketplace. Prior to that, they worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at UBS Investment Bank, providing M&A advisory and financing services to clients in various sectors.

Kendra's early career includes roles as an Investments Intern at JumpStart Inc. and as a Business Reporter at The Associated Press.

Kendra Locke Glaser, CFA, obtained their BA degree in Ethics, Politics & Economics from Yale University in the years 2002 to 2006. In July 2012, they became a CFA charterholder after obtaining their certification from the CFA Institute.
