Kim Irwin has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries.
Kim started their career at Ford Motor Company in 1986, where they held various roles including Manager of Vehicle Personalization and Accessories, Mercury Group Brand Manager, and Field Operations Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for product and consumer marketing, managing day-to-day operations, and implementing restructuring initiatives. Kim worked at Ford Motor Company until 2008.
In 2008, Kim started their own consulting firm, Kim's Consulting LLC, specializing in strategic planning and business development for small to medium-sized businesses. Kim also focused on mentoring and coaching women in lifelong career strategies.
From 2009 to 2010, Kim served as the Vice President of Invest in America at CUcorp, where they led and delivered on the mission of developing and promoting exclusive credit union member discounts.
In 2010, Kim joined Trilogy, where they initially served as the Vice President of Customer Success, responsible for client and dealer satisfaction and performance. Kim later became the President of Trilogy. Their responsibilities included overseeing customer support, billing and collections, training, reporting, and supplier management for the Trilogy SmartLeads product.
Most recently, in 2019, Kim joined J.D. Power as the SVP of Digital Strategy for the Autodata Solutions, Inc Division of J.D. Power.
Kim Irwin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Michigan State University, where they studied from 1982 to 1986. Following this, Kim pursued a Master's of Science in Management from Stanford University, studying from 2001 to 2002.
