Matthew Molnar has a work experience spanning over 11 years. Matthew currently holds the position of Customer Success Director at J.D. Power since November 2021. Prior to this role, they worked at TD Auto Finance for several years in various positions. Matthew served as a Senior Manager - Process Excellence, leading a team of internal consultants and driving strategic change initiatives within the organization. Matthew began their career as a Retail Credit Analyst, where they analyzed and decisioned credit applications and consistently ranked among the top performers in the department.

Matthew Molnar completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business and Economics from Asbury University from 2006 to 2010. Matthew then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science degree in Business Analytics from the University of Michigan-Dearborn from 2015 to 2017.
