Zach Forkel

Zach Forkel has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Zach currently works at J.D. Power as an Account Director in the Utilities department of the Global Business Intelligence division. Prior to this, Zach worked at Verizon Business as a Senior Account Manager from March 2021 to April 2022. Before joining Verizon Business, Zach had a long career at Verizon, starting as a Sales Representative in October 2014. Zach then progressed to various roles including Solutions Manager, General Manager, and eventually became the General Manager in charge of operations from April 2018 to August 2019. During their tenure at Verizon, Zach displayed excellent interpersonal skills by actively listening to customers, creating personal connections, and using their passion for technology to generate sales.

Zach Forkel attended Central Michigan University from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Management.
