Jacob W. Rice is currently the Vice President & General Manager at Johnson Development Corp since May 2022. Prior to this, Jacob W. held the position of Senior Development Manager at the same company. Before joining Johnson Development Corp, Jacob worked at Toll Brothers as a Senior Land Development Manager from December 2015 to May 2022. Jacob W. also worked at PulteGroup as an Assistant Land Project Manager from May 2015 to December 2015. Jacob holds a Masters of Land and Property Development in Real Estate Development from Texas A&M University, attained in 2015, and a Bachelor's degree in Urban and Regional Planning - Housing and Urban Development from the same university, received in 2014.
