Beata Rosłan

Beata Rosłan is an experienced HR Director for Central and Eastern Europe at JDE Peet's, where they lead HR teams in building a culture of trust and empowerment. Previously, they served as HR Director for Poland and the Baltics, developing HR policies aligned with company objectives while fostering diversity and inclusiveness. Beata's professional journey includes roles as HR Manager at Żywiec Zdrój and Head of Talent Development at Danone. They hold a Master's degree in Psychology from Łódź University and a postgraduate degree in Business Management from the Warsaw School of Economics.
