Melinda Bozsik

Melinda Bozsik currently serves as the Director of HR Operations for Central-Eastern Europe and Global Payroll Service Owner at VELUX since July 2023, overseeing HR operations across multiple locations. Prior to this role, Melinda held the position of Project Management and Quality Assurance Lead for EMEA at Roche from December 2020 to October 2023, where responsibilities included managing a global project portfolio for People Support Solutions and transforming a newly centralized team into an agile self-managed structure. Melinda also contributed to the EMEA HR Shared Services at Citi from August 2011 to December 2020, where project management and strategic operations played key roles. Earlier experience includes roles as a Business Analyst at Accenture and Country Lead for the Budapest-Budavár Rotaract Klub, in addition to an internship at the Embassy of Hungary in Washington D.C. Melinda has an MA in International Relations from Corvinus University of Budapest and participated in an Erasmus Program at Sciences Po.
