Danielle Arraes

Danielle Arraes is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in senior leadership roles across multiple international organizations. Currently serving as CHRO for Latin America at JDE Peet's, Danielle oversees HR strategies for the world's largest pure coffee and tea company. Prior roles include CHRO for Puratos, where Danielle contributed to innovative product offerings in the bakery and chocolate sectors, and HR Director with a focus on talent acquisition at Johnson & Johnson, where significant improvements in brand awareness and applicant engagement were achieved. Previous experience also includes HR leadership at Philips Lighting and Vale, where Danielle implemented strategic HR initiatives and organizational development programs. Danielle holds an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business and a degree from UERJ.
