Eugene Pachos

Eugene Pachos is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources across diverse regions and functions. Currently serving as the HR Director for Global Functions at JDE Peet's since January 2018, Eugene has previously held significant roles including Regional HR Director for LARMEA and EEMEA. Prior to JDE Peet's, Eugene spent over 12 years at Procter & Gamble, where roles included Associate Director for Europe GBS & IT HR, Ukraine Country HR Leader, and Manufacturing Unit HR Lead, alongside various positions in Operations. Eugene holds a Master's degree in IT from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'.
