Patricia van Zelderen-Jansen

Patricia van Zelderen-Jansen is an experienced HR and project management professional currently serving as Head of HR Operations NL & IHQ at JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS since December 2021. Prior to this role, Patricia worked at FrieslandCampina from March 2017 to December 2021, where achievements included leading digital transformation initiatives and managing project governance within global ICT. At Rabobank, from January 2009 to February 2017, Patricia excelled as HR Senior Project Manager and led various HR projects. Earlier experience includes positions as Process Manager and Product Manager at Fortis Bank. Patricia holds a Master's degree in Economics from Utrecht University and has completed leadership programs at Vlerick Business School.
