Mike Wilkes

Mike Wilkes is an experienced sales professional with a robust background in the food and beverage industries. Currently serving as an Outside Sales Representative at J.D. Heiskell since October 2021, Mike previously held the position of Technical Sales Representative II at Birko Corporation from January 2003 to September 2021, where expertise included chemical sales with a focus on antimicrobial applications and sanitation. Prior experience includes roles as Plant Manager at Border Valley Trading (2001-2003) and Quality Assurance Associate at Ruiz Foods (1999-2001). Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science Production Management from California State University, Fresno, and an Associate of Arts degree in Animal Sciences from Santa Rosa Junior College.
