Cody Concini

Cody Concini, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP has over 13 years of experience in Human Resources. Cody currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner for JDK Management Company. Prior to this role, they were an HR Consultant at UPMC Susquehanna from 2018 to 2021, and a Human Resources Generalist at Bucknell University from 2017 to 2018. From 2012 to 2017, they held two roles at UPMC Susquehanna, including Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Business Partner. Before that, they worked as a Point-of-Sales Supervisor at Kohl's Department Stores from 2008 to 2012.

Cody Concini obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from American Sentinel College between 2014 and 2017. Cody also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania between 2008 and 2012. Additionally, they have obtained four certifications: Strategic Human Resources Business Partner (sHRBP) from Human Capital Institute (HCI) in July 2017, Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in January 2015, Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in December 2014, and Certified Recruiter (CR) from Lean Human Capital in January 2014.
