JDM Partners, LLC (herein "JDM") consists of the principals Jerry Colangelo, David Eaton and Mel Shultz. Together, they have over 100 years of real estate, sports and entertainment development and operational experience. Aside from JDM's extensive experience in sports development, ownership and operations, the partnership possesses decades of experience in real estate development and management. The group has owned and developed 15 business parks in Arizona and is developing the 36,800 acre Douglas Ranch/Trillium Community, which is the largest master planned community in the greater Phoenix area.
