Sophie Hurst

Sophie came to a career in IT from an administration and customer service background. She joined The Database in 1998 as a Support Administrator, to assist the team developing the then fledgling Dema product for the Construction marketplace. Sophie quickly realized that she had a flair for IT, and progressed to first line support, senior support and then Customer Services Manager. During this time she has contributed to the whole product lifecycle from design and development through consultancy and implementation to support and aftercare. In 2011, Sophie joined the senior management team at Redsky IT, and was then asked to take on the position of Managing Director of Integrity Software in 2015.
