Ross Montanti

Ross Montanti is a seasoned professional in implementation management with extensive experience in coordinating client integration and process development. Serving as the Director of Implementation at JDP since April 2019, Ross has developed and managed implementation processes and collaborated with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding. Previously, as an Implementation Manager at RDX, Ross handled client integration and established strong relationships with technical teams. Early career experience includes customer relations at American Eagle Outfitters and a marketing internship at Mutual of America. Ross holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Westminster College.
