Alice Parkes

Alice Parkes has over 19 years of experience in the retail and education sectors, with a strong focus on people development and training. Since September 2015, Alice has held various leadership roles at JD Sports Fashion, culminating in the position of People Development Lead for South UK. Prior roles at JD Sports Fashion include Divisional People Development Manager for the South and International Training Manager for Germany and Austria. Prior to this, Alice served as Room Supervisor at Childsplay Day Nursery Limited from January 2012 to June 2015 and held multiple managerial positions at JD Sports Fashion plc, starting from November 2004. Alice holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Liverpool Hope University.
