Faisal Arshad

Faisal Arshad has extensive experience in the IT support field, currently serving as an IT Helpdesk Team Leader and formerly as a Senior Support Analyst at JD Sports Fashion plc since November 2011, where support was provided for 900 stores and over 1,000 users across six countries. Prior to this role, Faisal held positions such as Junior Business Analyst at The Co-operative Group and Support Analyst at Reckitt Benckiser PLC, with responsibilities that included offering support to 9,000 users globally. Early career experience includes roles as a Customer Service Advisor at O2 UK, where contributions were made to the award-winning contact center, and as a Sales Advisor at Icon Clothing, involving customer service and merchandise management. Faisal holds a BSc Hons in Information Technology from The Manchester Metropolitan University and an AVCE in Information & Communication Technology from Bury College.
