Rachel Lefley

Rachel Lefley is an experienced professional currently serving as the Sourcing and Data Manager at JD Sports Fashion plc since May 2019, where responsibilities include producing and analyzing expenditure reports for retail divisions, managing compliance with JD P2P processes, and analyzing overhead expenditures across multiple regions. Previously, Rachel held roles at Decathlon UK as a Customer Service Leader and Department Manager, and served as Head Coach for the City of Manchester Hough End Swim Team. Additional experience includes positions as a Talent Manager at Lucas Blake, a CA at Serco Leisure, a Sports Intern at DNA Sports Performance, and an International Athlete with COMAST. Rachel completed a BSc in Sport Science with Business Management from Loughborough University in 2012.
